STATUTES

Article 1

An association governed by the law of July 1st is based between the members in the present statutes

On 1901 and the decree of August 1st, 1901 having for title " MANE IN the WIND "

Article 2

This association has for object to organize équines demonstrations(appearances) and deal in second-hand goods

Article 3

The head office is fixed in: four route 24270 SARLANDE.

He can be transfer by simple decision of the board of directors; the ratification by the general assembly will be necessary.

Article 4

The association consists of honorary members. Those are honorary members who returned services indicate to the association; they are exemptions of contributions.

The annual subscription is of:

Active members: 16 euro

Benefactors: 30 euro

Members donors: 75 euro

Article 5

The membership gets lost by:

The resignation

The death

The radiation pronounced by the board of directors for grave motive, interested having been invited by registered letter to appear in front of the office(desk) to supply explanations.

Article 6

The resources of the association include the amount of the contributions and the subsidies of State.

Article 7

The association is steered by an advice(council) of three members elected for one year by the assembly

The office(desk) consists of:

A president

A treasurer

A secretary

Article 8

The board of directors meets once at least every six months, on summons of the president.

The decisions are taken with the majority of the voters, in case of division(sharing), the voice(vote) of the president is dominating.

Article 9

The common general assembly includes all the members of the association whatever title they are affiliated. The common general assembly meets twice a year in January and July. Fortnight at least before fixed date, the members of the association are summoned(convened) with the aid of the secretary. The agenda is indicated on the summons. The president, assisted by the members of the office(desk), chairs the assembly and exposes(explains) the moral situation of the association. The treasurer reports his management and subjects the balance sheet(assessment) has the approval of the assembly. He(it) is proceeded, after exhaustion of the order of day, in the replacement in the secret ballot, the members of outgoing council. Must be treated(handled), during the general assembly, only the subdued questions has the agenda.

Article10

An internal regulation(payment) can be established by the board of directors which then makes him(it) approve by the general assembly. This possible regulation(payment) is intended to fix the divers points not foreseen by statutes, notably those who concerned the internal administration of the association.

Article 11

In case of dissolution pronounced by two thirds at least present members by the general assembly, one or several liquidators are named(appointed) by this one and the asset(active person), ' it takes place there, is devolved correspondingly has the article 9 of the law of July 1st, 1901 and to the decree of August 16th, 1901.
